How I cope with grief in the new age of dying

Everything dies. Insects, animals, and plants die. Individuals, cultures and species die. Ecosystems, stars, and galaxies die. It is a universal constant. I can’t remember a time before I understood that one day I myself would die, although there must have been one. It doesn’t seem to bother me as much as it bothers everyone else.
